Affective Debtor Education was founded in 2006 by Phillip Day, AFC, Accredited Financial Counselor for the purpose of providing financial education to those that have the desire to learn. Phillip has been in the financial services industry for over twenty years. He has written several personal finance books that cover many topics from budgeting to identity theft.
